Private Dinner Party, Vegan Menu with Pete and Carly

 
 
 

This weekend, ChefGary prepared a fabulous vegan menu for eight guests in Bournemouth in Dorset. We served up an Asian themed array of delightful dishes over 8 superb courses, utilising some exciting ingredients and flavours. Having great pride in receiving a challenge, the whole menu was a pleasure to produce and rewarding with each plate of food as it was served up. Being made to feel most welcome at Pete and Carly's was the main ingredient for a superb dinner party, enjoying the evening immensely. As always, we provided all crockery and cutlery and left the kitchen completely clean and tidy :)

Chef's decadent selection of vegan canapes

Rice noodle salad, roasted cashew nuts, sweet chilli sauce, 
crisp vegetable parcel

Lemongrass and cucumber fused iced gin

Red lentil, butternut squash, aubergine and coconut curry,
basmati rice, garlic and coriander flat breads

Trio of Desserts:
Blood orange sorbet
Coconut and honeycomb creme brulee
