Pulled beef South Indian inspired Keralan-Pandi: Slow cooked pulled beef shoulder - red chilli- garlic - galangal - turmeric - fennel seeds - cumin - coconut milk - green beans - 450grams

Chicken bhoona:Tender marinated free range chicken thighs - garlic - ginger - caramelised onions - tomatoes - Garam masala - chilli - lemon - 450 grams

Cauliflower Tikka Masala: Charred cauliflower - red peppers - red lentils - chick peas - fennel seeds - green chillies - coconut milk - tomatoes - fresh coriander - 350 grams

Basmati rice: Infused with cardamom pods - saffron - safflower - 200 grams

Gourmet Side Dishes

Hand made garlic & coriander flat bread - 2 individual

Potato & spinach curry - 200 grams

Crisp cauliflower & red lentil samosa - 1 large

Spiced carrot & onion bhaji - 2 individual

Full Vegetarian/vegan options available upon request

 
 

 

Re-heating instructions

Curries – Heat in the container provided with the lid on for 20-25 minutes @ 180 until piping hot in the centre

Rice - Heat in the container provided with the lid on for 10 - 15 minutes @ 180 until piping hot in the centre

Bhaji and samosa - Heat on a baking tray for 10 - 15 minutes until crisp @ 180 (Lid off) Flat breads – Pop in the oven @ 180 for 2-3 minutes until warmed through

Re heating instructions are a guide only and will vary depending on your oven

Always ensure your food is piping hot before eating.

If you’ve left your food in the oven a little too long you may add a splash of water

How it works:

  • Email your order to chef@chefgary.co.uk along with your address. We deliver most Fridays and aim to get to you between 2 and 6pm

  • Please also let us know of any allergens or intolerances upon ordering

  • We’ll reply and confirm delivery dates and times - one weeks notice is preferable.

  • Payment is online via bank transfer

  • Minimum spend £60 - delivery free within ten miles of SO53 - Sensible charge thereafter

  • PLEASE NOTE - There is NO MINIMUM ORDER & NO DELIVERY CHARGE for SO53 Postcode
