Duck fat roasted potatoes - honey roast carrots and parsnips - spiced red cabbage - greens - cauliflower cheese - Yorkshire pudding - chipolata sausage - natural gravy

  • Email gary@chefgary.co.uk to secure delivery. We’ are delivering Mother’s day, Sunday March 19th morning. Please do ask for other availability.

  • Please let us know of any special dietary requirements, food allergies or intolerances

  • We will send your invoice via email for bank transfer the week of delivery

  • Delivery free within ten miles of SO52 - Sensible charge after this

  • All food should be consumed within 2 days of delivery.

Starters:

Salmon: Simply plate up and enjoy
Ingredients:
Salmon - Cure ingredients: Beetroot – shallots – juniper – gin – salt – brown sugar) - Dressing: Mayo – lime – gin – shallots – tarragon - Rocket leaves – fennel – beetroot

Chicken liver parfait - melba toast - caramelized red onion chutney: Simply plate up and enjoy
Ingredients:
Chicken livers – butter – shallots – garlic – brandy – port - rosemary – thyme – salt – pepper - Melba toast – rocket leaves – chutney (red onions – balsamic vinegar)

Puff pastry tart: Place tart on a parchment lined baking tray in your oven at 190 for 8 – 10 minutes until pastry is browned and cooked through
Ingredients: Pastry – Wheat flour – vegetable oils – salt - Red onions – balsamic – walnuts – ‘vegan ‘ feta (coconut – starch – salt – acidity regulator – flavourings – olive oil – Vitamin B12)

 Main Courses:

Turkey and Beef - arrives pre cooked and sliced
Place in your oven at 190 on tray for 5 - 8 minutes until heated through - serve on warm plate and pour on hot gravy
Nut roast: Place in your oven at 190 on tray for 10 - 12 minutes until heated through - serve on warm plate and pour on hot gravy
Gravy: Bring to the boil in a small saucepan
Potatoes - parsnips - carrots - cauliflower cheese: Place in your oven on parchment lined tray for 20 - 30 minutes until heated through and crisp
Sausage: Place in your oven on parchment lined tray for 15 - 20 minutes until piping hot and cooked through
Greens: Place in your oven on parchment lined tray for 5 - 8 minutes until heated through OR reheat gently in a saucepan until the butter melts and the veg is heated through. (About 4-6 minutes)
Gravy: Decant and bring to the boil
Yorkshire pudding: Place in your oven on parchment lined tray for 2 - 4 minutes until heated through and crisp

 Desserts

Sticky Toffee Pudding: Place on a parchment lined baking tray with the toffee sauce at 180 for 6 - 8 minutes until the toffee sauce bubbles and soaks into the pudding. Serve with the chilled cream
Ingredients: Sticky toffee pudding: Wheat flour – butter – sugar – dates – cinnamon – ginger – coffee – vanilla - toffee sauce: sugar – butter – cream

All food has been lovingly prepared before it arrives with you. Our Cooking/reheating instructions are meant as a guide only and ovens will vary for timings, especially when full/Busy. If you enjoy your food well done or a liitle extra crisp, please just leave in the oven for longeror turn up the heat :)
