Private Dinner Party, Clare's 60th birthday celebration!!

This weekend was return visit to Wimbledon, cooking a gourmet tasting menu for Clare's fabulous 60th birthday party! I cooked for Colin and Clare and family back in 2015 for a superb early retirement celebration and it was a huge pleasure to be invited back. This time around, another superb tasting menu was served, pleasing all guests around the table. Some delicious wines were also on the menu, getting to sample some  lovely red wine myself :) There was also plenty of entertainment, with fireworks, lights and flaming cointreau and caramel cocktails but most of the pleasure came from chatting with Marjorie at the table after all the food had been elegantly devoured! :)
