Hen Party Vegetarian Menu in Dorset
Superb seven course deluxe gourmet menu at the beautiful Upwey house in Dorset with ChefGary
This Saturday involved a scenic and enjoyable drive past Dorchester, followed by cooking a delicious and enticing vegetarian taster menu for 13 friends celebrating their hen party weekend. With an array of fabulous ingredients and some superb taste sensations, it was a real pleasure to be catering for such lovely guests at a dinner party to remember. The private house rented for the weekend was quite luxurious, obviously well decorated up for the hen weekend and provided a large kitchen area for me to cook and plate up. The girls had arranged plenty of entertainment and in the midst of cooking, there was a mysterious 'murder' to be solved..... 'Whodunnit' was not on my list of priorities although I did have the pleasure to cook for several 'victims' and the 'murderer' all in one sitting :) The whole evening was a brilliant experience, being looked after very well from arrival until the end of the evening, sampling both coffee and wine :) Definitely a most enjoyable Saturday night dinner on my part. :)

Charred and roasted Mediterranean vegetables, puy lentil filo parcel,
seared halloumi, blushed tomato and cinnamon spiced 'tagine gravy'
Chocolate and whickey ganache, nuts and red berries.
