ChefGary Caters Private Dinner Party in Hythe Marina,
This weekend we catered a fabulous birthday celebration with a tantalizing tasting menu, providing seven superb courses in Hythe. Being private chef to an intimate table of two was a huge pleasure, helping create the perfect dining experience in the comfort of such a beautiful home. The booking came in late, though it was no problem in turning the time around to create a fabulous bespoke menu. We started off with a list of some favoured ingredients and then came up with the dishes to fit the special occasion, going down very well with both my guests. :) Definitely another successful and rewarding dinner party with some utmost delicious red wine and creative culinary class. with ChefGary.

Chicken liver parfait, pickled wild mushrooms, truffle oil, toasted soda bread, caramelized red onion chutney
