Four times Winner with Vegetarian and Vegan Cuisine
"One of ChefGary's biggest passions is in Vegetarian cuisine, having entered twice into Salon Culinaire, winning two consecutive gold medals, including "Best Live Vegan Dish" beating over 200 other contestants on the day.
Also competing in the Vegetarian Society's annual Vegetarian Chef of The Future three years running, reaching the finals in 2011 and being proud to take the winner's title in 2012 and again in 2013. Continuing to work with the Vegetarian society he helped judge the competition in 2014. Now concentrating on building his Private Dining business, he gains huge personal reward and accolades from each and every dinner party.
